Cleaning car windows is not what I typically write about, but if there’s one thing that irritates me, it’s dirty windows in my car! Before you clean them there’s film, bugs, dirt and finger prints, then after you spend time and effort cleaning them there are usually streaks. It feels like a losing battle.
Because we live in them every day, with our pets, our kids, our family and friends, houses are often used and abused. Even if they’re not abused, they are definitely used, and signs of that use is not appealing to potential home buyers. That’s why it’s so important to prepare your house, and get it in the best shape possible to show.
As long as they’re not broken, I think most of us take our windows for granted. As long as we can see out of them, all is well. But like other areas of your home, the roof, the carpets, the paint, the windows need to be taken care of in order for them to do their job. If neglected they may need to be replaced, and that can be quite costly.
There aren’t many things that can compare to the great feeling of looking through clean windows, and not seeing fingerprints, nose prints, water spots, splatters or that gray film that regularly accumulates.
