Why Hire a Professional Window Washer?
Why hire someone to do something that you can do yourself?
In an economy when money is tight, that is a question that is frequently asked by so many. So the rationale would be: “Why hire a professional to wash your windows when you can wash your own windows?”
That’s a great question!
If you have ever washed your own windows, you realize that it’s not a quick, easy process. It’s one that most people don’t look forward to and probably avoid as much as possible.
Washing windows doesn’t take a lot of thought…
- It takes a lot of time and effort.
- It could take your whole Saturday.
- To do it correctly, it takes the right tools.
- Most of us don’t have the tools that a professional has.
- It takes courage to get up on a tall ladder.
- Sometimes, depending on your house, it’s a really tall ladder.
- It takes determination to complete the job.
- How easy would it be to do either the inside or the outside and call it quits?
Why people “don’t do windows”
Along with all the reasons listed above…
Your windows should probably be cleaned twice a year to get rid of the films that build up on the inside and the dirt that builds up on the outside.
If you have screens on your windows, they should be taken down and cleaned every time you clean your windows. Not only do they get dirty also, but if you don’t take them down, you can’t clean the windows that are behind them.
One lady I know that thought she could clean her own windows started by removing the screens, as she should. But when she tried to put the screens back on they kept falling off, leaving her frustrated, ready to be finished and vowing that she would never try to do her own windows again.
Then of course there’s the issue of streaks. It seems no matter what products you use, you still leave streaks that really look awful when the sun shines on your windows just right. It makes you feel like all of your effort was made in vain.
My solution…
Hire a professional window washer. We have all the time, tools, patience and experience to get the job done, and get it done right, while you’re doing the things that you like or want to do. Your windows will look better and you’ll feel better.
